The Fairground Heritage Centre and Trust
Consulting projects enable clients to tackle complex problems with expert help. The Fairground Heritage Trust (FHT) is a unique charity and tourist destination which was suffering from declining visitor numbers. The FHT commissioned Angela to research, analyse and provide insight into new visitor market opportunities for the Centre. Research into understanding consumer behaviour, mystery shopping, community consultation, liaison with regional tourist information centres, and National Trust competitor research proved very useful. Recommendations and detail of how to improve and use the Centre as a performance and learning space were delivered in a comprehensive strategic marketing report and implementation plan.
